*Our basic rate includes tables/chairs only.  Fees apply to other facility use. 

** The all-inclusive rate includes the kitchen area with our caterer on-site.  It also includes the use of our dinnerware, cups/saucers, cutlery and linens up to and including 150 guests, along with a Coffee/Tea Location.                                             

 

 

Bar/Corkage Service

Ontario Liquor Law will not permit bar service after 1:00 A.M. and all entertainment will cease at that time in order to clear the room by 1:30 A.M.  We only allow our bartender staff to serve at all functions, and will supply a bartender for your event at $15.00/hour (min 4 hours).  Bar prices available upon request.

Our facility supplies the Liquor License for all events.  For further  information, please contact our Marketing & Sales Office. 

Deposit

A deposit of 50% of the full room rental is required for all regular meeting room rentals.    Should there be a need to cancel, we request notice two (2) months prior.  Initial booking deposits are non-refundable.  Final payment is due upon completion of your function.
