Shebandowan Lake is divided into 3 parts: Upper, Middle, and Lower Shebandowan Lake. It is 33 miles long. There are many rivers that follow into the lake and other great lakes close by. Other lakes to take note of are Greenstone and Kashabowie Lakes which also offer activities like fishing and are within minutes of driving.

Shebandowan area has two towns, Shebandowan and Kashabowie, located on each end of the lake. You will find a few businesses in the area.
